Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will!
It’s been a while since I’ve made any posts..but I’ve got a stack of them waiting to get on here so don’t worry, there’s LOTS of exciting stuff due to come but I need to make this one as it’s my new fave thing of the week…I started this on behalf of my hubby who has been moaning about mouth cleansing and how he wishes he could get the ‘fresh’ feel as opposed to the feeling like you need to schedule a hygiene for the 50th time in the year…It comes from our useless diets, poor overall human body maintanence and so much other rubbish that leaves our mouths feeling as sluggish as our whole bodies and general mouth washes tend to leave your mouth feeling ‘caggy’ after regular use so what can we do to perk up our breath and feel fresher?
Tea tree oil mouth rinse! That’s what!
It works SO well! I’ve been Oil pulling now for the past 2 months ever since I posted about the HUGE benefits and after doing this as a morning ritual, I have now started adding the tea tree mouth wash/gargle as part of the routine. It COMPLETELY leaves your mouth feeling incredible and not just for the first 5 minutes after cleaning, it lasts and lasts and as tea tree is a natural antiseptic and wonder of killing bacteria and fungus, it is such a winner!
Simply add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil into a cup of warm water and swill it around your mouth for a minute or so. DO NOT swallow. Your mouth will thank you for this as it is so refreshing! Not everyone is into the smell of Tea tree but I believe it is something that grows on you as now it represents such a clean and incredible thing to me I can’t get enough of it! Give it a try and I swear you’ll love it! FYI: If you are reading this and wanting tips on alternative aids for fresh breath, here are a few things you can try:
As one that also likes to advocate the wonders of natural skin care, you’d think the amount I bang on about skin products and how to’s would mean my skin would be the image of perfection but far from it..the benefits of what I use obviously keep it as good as it naturally can be but throw in the time of the month and see how many chin spots appear..I swear people must wonder what I’m talking about half the time they see me whilst trying to promote the fantastical benefits of a certain skin cream and there’s me looking like a pimple factory but, who doesn’t get that from time to time? Tea tree oil for hormone spots is the ONLY thing that works at clearing effectively and quickly. Within a day or 2, however many nasties you get, they are totally gone!
So, there are just a few of the incredible benefits..want to find out more? Read on!
